I haven't felt such amazement and enjoyment of coffee for a long time) It has been more than a month since the roasting date and theoretically, although it was cooked in the conventional Diedrich IR-2.5, I believed that by this time there should have been a decline in its taste. The last 16 grams remained in the pack and on the basis of the above, although it was stored practically at a stable low temperature, well, without much enthusiasm, against a background of a not very high emotional background, I decided to cook these remnants of luxury, at the same time try something in the recipe, the long-awaited new filters just arrived... I would never have thought that the best marzipan in my life, more like a persipan, which I have ever tasted, would meet in coffee! This is a delicate creamy praline in a thin Belgian milk chocolate case with a juicy impregnation of sparkling chardonnay and passion fruit decor after a sip of Dr. Pepper! It's definitely coffee, and if it's coffee, then it's definitely natural processing!? It's easy to goosebumps, without exaggeration...
