How do I make a wholesale order?

What is the schedule for sending orders?
Orders through your personal account can be made around the clock.
Customer support is available on weekdays from 7:30 to 16:30 Moscow time.
We roast coffee every day and ship it the next business day after receiving payment.
Do you ship coffee outside the Russian Federation?
We can send coffee outside the Russian Federation. To do this, register a non-resident company in your personal account, and the prices will be recalculated without VAT.
Important: after each delivery, you will need to upload customs documents to your personal account in order for us to properly report for VAT.
What is the minimum order amount?
In the wholesale department, there are no limits on the size of the order for companies engaged in coffee-related activities (coffee shops, restaurants, wholesale companies).
The minimum order is 25 kg if you order coffee for personal use or to the office.
You can buy our coffee at online shop for yourself without restrictions in our online store or on marketplaces.
What are the sizes of the boxes in which you send coffee? How much coffee does one box contains?
The dimensions of the boxes we use are 38×29×27 cm. A different amount of coffee is placed in one box, depending on the packaging of the coffee: 9 packages of 1 kg (9 kg) or 25 packages of 250 g (6.25 kg).
Do you conduct training?
Yes, courses "Barista skills", "Home brewing", "Brewing", "Sensory" take place in our training center in Izhevsk. Detailed information about the training program is available here, you can sign up for the nearest convenient date.
Do you have any samples?
We don't have any samples. But we accept an order for any number of your chosen varieties with a packing starting from 250 g.
We will make a 30% discount on the first order, regardless of the order volume.
Do you have equipment rental?
We do not provide equipment for rent, but we may be able to provide contacts of companies that do this in your city. To find out more, contact your manager or email us sales@tastycoffee.ru
Is it possible to use your brand to design my coffee shop?
No, you cannot use our logo, photos and branded elements of our design, so as not to mislead customers.
How do you deliver orders?
We work with all the logistic companies that are in our city. You will need to pay for delivery upon receipt at the rates of the transport company: in cash or by invoice.
